RRS TERMS AND CONDITIONS @ 2022
RRS products are custom designed and made to order for client satisfaction. RRS strives to freight RRS orders complete, undamaged and 100% correct. Any variation to standard RRS product requested by the purchaser is to be confirmed in writing from both RRS and purchaser prior to RRS commence of order. Non-defective, non-damaged products return to RRS is at the discretion of RRS and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If a RRS product is returned to RRS it is required to be in the original packaging or strengthened box to the same standard, with all parts and instructions.
Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable.
PRODUCTS: Product specifications, availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the use of RRS products purchased are compliant with all local laws and regulations. RRS products are designed to suit specific vehicle application to “original” body format. RRS will not be held responsible for changes made to RRS products by purchaser outside of the RRS written approval or application to incorrect vehicle type.
DELIVERY: RRS niche “custom” products are made to order. RRS strive for an efficient general delivery time as indicated in RRS quote/invoice/receipt as accepted by client. This may vary from time to time due to issues outside of RRS control such as COVID or other world issues delays ***
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances, including but not limited to, negligence, shall RRS, it’s subsidiary or affiliates be liable for any direct indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to a client vehicle that have resulted from the incorrect use of or the incorrect application of RRS products. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall RRS, its subsidiary, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential cost of fitment or rework fitment. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall RRS, its subsidiary or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential cost of wrong or late delivery. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall RRS its subsidiary or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential cost engineering to attain roadworthy certification or involved in the proof of concept.
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall RRS, its subsidiary or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential costs OEM products such as (but not limited to) pivot bolts, u-bolts, brake switches, steering wheel, column housings, engine pump brackets.

Damaged Delivery: Upon receiving your RRS order, open the cartons and thoroughly inspect the contents. If any packages arrive with signs of external damage, please do not accept if from the freight carrier. If possible, request the carrier to advise you of their procedure and follow. If there was damage during shipment, contact RRS so that a claim can be filed. Please photograph damaged packages and products. Keep all packaging materials, should the carrier wish to inspect them.
WARRANTY: RRS coil over front suspension, RRS Trans-Am 3-link rear suspension, RRS rack & pinion steering and RRS under-dash booster/master system are covered by 5 YEAR WARRANTY, with exception of vehicle used in motorsport. Purchaser must contact RRS via email or telephone with full explanation and photos for review by RRS prior to returning the product for warranty.
All RRS products incorporate the most advanced quality and manufacturing process available today. RRS quality designed products solve complex problems with RRS well engineered solutions.
RRS advise fitment of steering and suspension modifications to a modified vehicle may require inspection by a certified engineer to comply with state regulations. Engineering information available from RRS for engineers on request.
RRS prices and products may be subject to variation from time to time
NB: if placing a “special one -off custom order” outside of RRS tried and proven bolt in RRS systems, RRS will not be held responsible for fitment or clearance issues and roadworthiness, or any changes or modifications made to RRS products as supplied by RRS
